This presentation is based on a personal sighting I was able to record on the morning of Feb. 23, 2012. I have included both video and still shots of an object which previously appeared several weeks ago in a different portion of the sky. This new object appeared and behaved very similar to the previous sighting–with the exception being that after 30 to 45 minutes, it began to blink less often and then moved off to the south and out of sight.
